WIN_STREAK does not (they are mutually exclusive — WIN_STREAK takes precedence). Checks the front of the last-10 finish array for a contiguous run of finishes of 3rd or better. A horse that consistently hits the board, even without winning, is demonstrating fitness, soundness, and competitive class. ITM streaks of three or more starts are strong indicators that a horse is pointed and ready — especially in claiming and allowance company where connections manage horses carefully.
