MULTIPLE CLASS DROPS

Fires when three of the last five race claiming prices form a pattern of consecutive decline. Dropping once in class is often a positive setup angle; dropping twice or more in a row suggests the horse has not responded to the first drop, is still struggling to be competitive, and connections are making increasingly desperate adjustments to find a winnable spot. This is the negative counterpart to DROP_IN_CLASS and represents a horse in a declining spiral rather than a targeted setup.
