Do you love Mindframe? Now you can own a piece of him!

The Keeneland Championship Sale will feature a share in Mindframe, a Grade 1 winning millionaire and Breeders’ Cup Classic contender, at this boutique sale’s second edition on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Del Mar Paddock. Claiborne Farm will consign the share as agent, with the 4-year-old son of Constitution set to stand at stud at Claiborne in Paris, Kentucky, after his racing career.

Racing Accomplishments

Mindframe has compiled an impressive record with five wins from eight starts and over $1.8 million in earnings. Last season as a 3-year-old, he demonstrated his talent by running second in both the Belmont Stakes (G1) and NYRA Bets Haskell (G1) after recording two dominant victories by a combined 21¼ lengths. This year, he has been even more effective with victories in the Gulfstream Park Mile (G2) and the Churchill Downs Stakes (G1) on Derby Day.

His most significant performance came in the Stephen Foster (G1) at Churchill Downs, where he defeated reigning Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Sierra Leone over the 1⅛-mile distance. This victory established him as a leading contender for the 1¼-mile Breeders’ Cup Classic, which will take place just two days after the Championship Sale.

According to Claiborne President Walker Hancock, there is already “significant early demand from breeders requesting seasons,” making this share offering particularly valuable as it provides “guaranteed access to a top-tier stallion prospect”. The timing of the sale, occurring before Mindframe’s retirement to stud in 2026, allows buyers to secure breeding rights to what appears to be a promising stallion prospect.
