DECLINING FINISH POS

Uses the trend detection algorithm on the last-10 finish array (higher numbers = worse): requires 4 or more consecutive finishes where each is numerically higher than the previous. Finish positions are a direct measure of competitive result. A sustained worsening trend across four starts reflects real deterioration in competitive ability, whether due to physical decline, unsuitable conditions, or class resistance. This is the finish-position counterpart to STEADY_DECLINE and is equally concerning when it persists across multiple starts.
