Track Surface & Bias

The card is scheduled entirely on dirt. With only sporadic, light showers expected and a generally dry forecast, anticipate a fast to good dirt surface unless overnight maintenance or unexpected rain changes it. Recent Finger Lakes dirt patterns have favored the rail/inside, particularly in sprint races, with early speed and pace-pressing runners typically more effective than deep closers.

Handicapper’s Edge
