Track Surface & Bias

The card is listed for dirt. Expect a conventional Parx main-track profile unless overnight moisture or maintenance changes it: inside-to-middle posts and horses able to secure position early generally hold an advantage, with front-runners and tactical stalkers preferable to deep closers. A wet or drying surface would further reward speed and forward placement, while a sealed, tiring track could make the inside less reliable and bring outside-running stalkers into play.

Handicapper’s Edge

Give extra weight to horses with early speed, especially those drawn inside or in the middle and capable of avoiding traffic. Treat deep closers cautiously unless the surface appears tiring or the opening races show a clear late-running pattern.
