Remington Park Season Opening
Remington Park launches its 2025 Thoroughbred racing season today, celebrating its 20th anniversary with 62 scheduled race dates through December 20. Major events this season include the Grade 3, $400,000 Oklahoma Derby, $300,000 Remington Park Springboard Mile, and the inaugural $250,000 Great West Turf Sprint. Executive VP Matt Vance highlighted the participation of top trainers, jockeys, and horses, but as of the latest update, no specific entrants, tips, or alerts for today’s carded races have been released.
Saratoga & Ellis Park Juveniles
At Saratoga, the $80,000 maiden special weight for 2-year-olds features debutants such as Fin Del Mundo (Rock Your World) and Hong Kong Phooey (Complexity), both officially entered for today’s first race. These juveniles were sourced from spring breeze-up sales and represent prominent breeding and training connections.
